Your safety and the safety of our barbers come first

Your safety is of the utmost importance to us, therefore at Level 2 so you will notice a few changes during your visit to The French Barber.
First of all, we will be wearing masks for your protection. All surfaces, equipment and capes will be sanitised between each client, and we will be washing our hands thoroughly even more often than we normally do. We will also be refraining from offering beverages until further notice.
But, we need your help too!
In order to help NZ combat COVID-19 we ask that you:

  • Sanitise your hands upon entry into the salon

  • Scan the contact tracing QR code available in the salon

  • Ensure that you keep a 1 metre distance from other clients in the waiting room – we ask that you do not sit side by side on the couches

  • Line up outside on the marked areas if there is not enough space in the waiting area inside

  • Remove your own coat and keep it by your chair

  • Refrain from bringing anyone else with you who is not having a service performed

We also encourage you to bring your own mask and your own form of entertainment, as, for safety reasons, we will not be providing magazines.
Lastly, any staff member who feels unwell will be staying home, in which case, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment. For the safety of our barbers and clients, we ask that you cancel your appointment if you feel unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms such as a cough, high fever, or shortness of breath.
We thank you in advance for your patience during this time.
